Line and Shape
I went in my backyard to find a chair with a shadow. Also I found the window in my front door. The chair had shadows since it was after noon so it had a good shadow. There are also bricks on the ground that have a good pattern. The window has many lines and shapes in one picture. In the chair i was close enough to get the whole shadow in the picture in the picture. The window I got really close and zoomed in to get a minimum of the window. The window i took straight on and the chair was above the chair. I took the picture of the chair vertical, and the window is also vertical. I used the rule of thirds on the window picture the top is one third and the bottom of the wind is the other. Also the line in the middle splits the photo in thirds. The chair has a dynamic composition because of the shadow and also the pattern of the bricks.
Pattern, Texture, and Rhythm
I choose the inside of my house where all my rugs are. I took one photo of a rug for texture, for pattern i took a picture of bricks on the ground, and for rhythm i took a photo of a draw made of wood. For the texture shot i took was very close to the rug. I was far away for pattern and close for rhythm. For texture i took it straight on and at an angle. For pattern i took it above to get a good photo and for rhythm i took it straight on. My photos of texture, pattern, and rhythm are all horizontal. I did considered the rule of thirds for the bricks and split the picture into thirds. I didn't really consider the rule of thirds for the texture and rhythm because i just got really close to get the texture. In the second picture of the rug has a dynamic composition because it has a good pattern.(Turn Brightness Down).
Motion Blur, Panning, and Blur
For the motion pictures i used a very slow shutter speed. I used the law of thirds for the picture of the scarf. I panned on the skateboard picture. For the other pictures i threw and moved the object so i can get the motion blur, and have a still background.
Painting with Light
This was my favorite project so far because the light was cool. We got the light there with a long exposure time. The first picture is my favorite and also follows the law of thirds with one side the other side and the middle clash of lights. The second picture we were tossing the purple lights back and forth to get the towing motion. The third picture we had a person spinning with lights and had a long exposure time and the ISO was on 400. The fourth picture was moving around with the lights. The fifth was also spinning spinning with lights. The last picture we had Julia move when the flash went off so it would seem like she is in different places.
Depth Of Field
Two Faces and Six Angles of My Favorite Thing
My favorite thing is my dads car. It is my favorite because it is a nice car that is very fast and i like fast cars. I also like the color of the car white very nice. I took pictures of the car from six different views from the outside of it. i changed my pov to show its dominance in the front of the car. I took it from the ground to make it look bigger. The side images makes the car look mean so the different angles make the car look mean and shows is dominance. I also zoomed in to make the car have the full photo to show how much i like the car.
